Shipping was faster than expected, arrived in about a week. The packaging was secure, no damage. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the color looks a bit different in person – more matte than the shiny photos online. But overall, great value for the price and definitely recommend for new players!

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the strings felt a bit looser than I expected – might need to get them adjusted. Overall solid value for the price though!
